The Corporate office designs and develops uniform policies and procedures for all the Group Companies to maintain synergy.
The Corporate office assists in the recruitment process for individual Companies and various human resource development programmes for talent management within the Group. The process of talent management includes identifying bright, young professionals who are groomed through programmes like Anand Mentor Programme, Anand Management Resource Programme, Anand Leadership Initiative for Value Enhancement to take up leadership positions within the Group. Other initiatives provided are, continuous education opportunity through Anand Scholar Scheme, Education at Oxford and deputation opportunity with Overseas Partners.
These programmes and a cohesive HR approach helps in building strong employee relation and retention.
