The Corporate office oversees the financial reporting process and the disclosure of its financial information to ensure that the financial statements are true, accurate and provide sufficient information.

It prepares documentation and assessment of design and operating effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting for various financial processes by Internal Audits. The Corporate office keeps the Group Companies informed from time to time with regard to the changes and the need for compliance with the direct and indirect laws, which are relevant to the operation of the Company. The Corporate office also assists the Companies to provide information and guidance on Foreign Exchange Regulations, Company Law, Income Tax, Excise Customs & Sales Tax Laws, Environmental Laws & Regulation, Industrial Laws, Provident Fund, Superannuation, Gratuity etc. Also facilitating in arranging any specialised external advice as may be required and requested by the Companies at any time.
